Georgia Tech To Manage Community with Talisma CRM

Georgia Tech College of Management has selected Talisma CRM to manage its constituent communications. The college will use Talisma for communications across multiple channels, including e-mail, phone, personalized portal, and mail. The initial implementation will be deployed by three administrative departments: graduate programs, executive education programs and faculty recruiting.

"The extensive functionality and scalability of the Talisma CRM system will enable us to increase enrollment of high quality students in an expanded portfolio of graduate and executive education programs, and to better serve our current students and alumni," said Mike Cummins, clinical professor and CIO for the College of Management.

The school chose Talisma, according to a statement from the vendor, based upon its ability to serve multiple departments by providing the university a comprehensive repository for contact and interaction data within a single instance. The repository will integrate data from multiple sources, including Banner student information.

Talisma products are in use by The University of Alabama, Florida Atlantic University, and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
