422 Group
has released a new version of its software for constituent relationship management (CRM). Built on Microsoft's new Dynamics CRM 4.0 platform, Continuum 422 CRM includes enrollment management analytics, electronic campaign and event management capabilities, and adaptive workflow rules that automate and personalize interaction with higher education communities, including prospects, applicants, enrolled students, alumni and donors.
The application provides options for modeling enrollment outcomes related to admission and retention. It streamlines the actions colleges take on those models by incorporating results directly into communication and workflow rules that allow the institutions to tailor interaction with students with more granularity.
The company said its CRM system, business intelligence tools and market research services are in use in 500 institutions internationally, including
Columbia University
in New York,
St. John's University
in Minnesota, and the
University of Nevada
in Reno.
